Step 2: test
We open the redemption link in a clean session and confirm the discount appears at checkout or that the credit is applied to a new account.
Step 3: document
Eligibility and terms are rewritten in plain language. Anything we cannot confirm is left out rather than guessed.
Step 4: re-check
Active listings are re-tested on a rolling schedule, and immediately whenever a member reports a failure.
Step 5: remove
If an offer cannot be reproduced, the listing is unpublished the same day. We would rather have a smaller catalogue than a stale one.
