1. Information we collect
Account data: your name, email address and password hash. Usage data: pages viewed, deals claimed and saved, plus standard server logs including IP address. Optional data: newsletter subscription and reviews you publish.

2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, send one-time codes and transactional email, personalise recommendations, and measure which deals are useful.

3. Email
Transactional email (codes, confirmations, password resets) is sent through our email provider. Marketing email is only sent after you confirm your subscription, and every message has an unsubscribe option.

4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. Optional analytics cookies are only loaded when an analytics ID is configured.

5. Your rights
You can export, correct or delete your account data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.

6. Data retention
One-time codes expire in 10 minutes. Activity logs are pruned after 30 days. Account data is deleted immediately when you delete your account.
